Each appoinment will start with a consultation with the pet owner to discuss the pet's needs, any specific instructions and any health problems the groomer should be aware of.
The pet's coat condition will be evaluated BEFORE any grooming is performed in order to determine if the desired service is feasible or if another option should be considered. The owner is responsible for any extra brushing charges, which will be quoted before the groom.

Clipper Vac allows the groomer to clip the coat to varying lengths, leaving the coat with a more even finish. A vacuum system keeps the clipped hair contained leaving the van clean and tidy. Hydraulic Table - lowers to allow larger or elderly dogs onto the table more easliy. Pets are secured by a grooming loop to ensure safety. High velocity dryer - allows for speedy fluff-drying of all coat types. No cage dryers are ever used!
